By using SULI, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What SULI is — and what it is not

SULI is a health coaching and education tool. It uses AI to help you understand your glucose data and build better habits.

SULI is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. SULI does not give insulin dosing recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diabetes management.

2. Who can use SULI

To use SULI, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Dexcom account with a compatible CGM device.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are for individual use — please don't share your account with others.

4. Acceptable use

Use SULI for personal health management. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its underlying systems.

5. Disclaimer of medical liability

New Power Industry is not a healthcare provider. SULI's AI coaching is for informational and educational purposes only. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the app. Your health decisions are your own — SULI is a tool to help inform them, not replace professional medical care.

6. Service availability

SULI is provided "as is" during early access. We may change, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
